What to include
You do not need to prepare anything, but the conversation is faster if you can say:
- What you manufacture, and roughly how many distinct products or product families.
- Whether you hold EPDs, and if so for which products.
- Which markets you sell into, and whether any of it is public-sector work.
- What prompted the question - a customer request, a tender, or general preparation.
